Description Funkcija NDVI kreira skup podataka sa jednim opsegom koji predstavlja zdravlje vegetacije, na osnovu razlike između crvenog i skoro infracrvenog opsega.

NDVI je standardizovan indeks koji vam omogućava da generišete snimak koji prikazuje zelenilo, poznato i kao relativna biomasa. Ovaj indeks koristi prednosti kontrasta karakteristika dva opsega iz multispektralnog rasterskog skupa podataka: apsorpcija pigmenta hlorofila u crvenom opsegu i velika reflektivnost materijala biljaka u blizu infracrvenom (NIR) opsegu. Izuzetno niske ili negativne NDVI vrednosti predstavljaju oblasti koje uopšte nemaju vegetacije, poput oblaka, vode ili snega. Veoma niske vrednosti predstavljaju oblasti imaju malo ili nemaju vegetacije, poput betona, kamena ili golog zemljišta. Umerene vrednosti predstavljaju oblasti grmlja i pašnjaka. Visoke vrednosti predstavljaju šumske oblasti i bujnu vegetaciju.
